Service Cost

Compared to the high luxury standard of the complex, its residential character and the extensive service for the residents, the service cost is more than proportional. 

The invoices of the service costs are sent the first week of each quarter by email or by post to your address in Spain. In the 4th quarter the invoice will be sent in November because of the annual meeting in October and possible adjustments to the annual budget.

The service costs will then be debited automatically in the second week of the quarter, with the exception of the 4th quarter in which the debiting takes place later, see above.

More than 200 owners already pay by direct debit. This makes administration easier and saves unnecessary costs.

If you pay by bank transfer yourself, make sure that the sum of the invoice is in our account on time. In this way you avoid the extra 10% interest on late payments.
