Water Leak Prevention

Regularly we have to deal with water leaks in apartments. The flexible hoses connected at lavabo, toilet, bidet, boiler etc. are now 20 years old. The rubber in these hoses becomes porous and eventually starts leaking. The consequential damage can be important, as well in the apartment as also in the apartment next door and on the lower floor.

The advice we have for all owners is to replace these flexible hoses preventively as soon as possible.
